- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been seeing Dr. Chernobilsky for several years now, and he is an excellent healthcare provider who provides patients with dignity and respect. HOWEVER, his staff is VERY RUDE. When calling to ask a question about a service I am receiving, I was met with several nurses passing the phone along to one another, talking openly about my personal information (a violation of HIPPA), and during the conversation with a nurse, when I asked her to explain something, she snapped at me: "Why don't you understand what I'm saying?!" She had a very vile attitude and tone, and spoke down to me the entire conversation. Very disgusting. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been bringing my boys to Dr. C for almost 5 years now. I think he has an excellent approach to pediatric medicine. He gives a full examination, ask a lot of questions when my children aren't feeling well and is careful with instruction when prescribing medication.
